Project Description

Zaxby’s offered a celebration special meal to commemorate their 20th anniversary. We decided to see what would happen if we gave customers their choice of “celebration” when they ordered the meal.  These choices were a real marching band, cheerleaders, a giant chicken and singing chorus. We video taped their reactions and posted the footage on this landing page.
